Frequently Asked Questions
Account & Login
I can't sign in with Google or Apple. Ensure you have a stable internet connection and that you've granted the necessary permissions. If the issue persists, try signing out and back in, or reinstall the app.
How do I delete my account? Open the app → Profile → Settings → Account. You can request account deletion there. Data deletion may take up to 30 days.
Data & Sync
My data isn't syncing. DailyMate syncs when you're online. Check your internet connection and ensure you're signed in. Pull-to-refresh on the dashboard to force a sync.
Where is my data stored? Your data is stored securely in Firebase (Google Cloud) and is associated with your account. We do not sell your data.
Subscription & Billing
How do I cancel my subscription? Subscriptions are managed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). Cancel via your device: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions (iOS) or Play Store → Subscriptions (Android).
I was charged but my premium features aren't unlocked. Try "Restore purchases" in the app. If that doesn't work, contact us with your receipt or order ID.
Health & Integrations
Health data isn't syncing. On iOS, enable Health access in Settings → Health → Data Access. On Android, ensure Health Connect is installed and permissions are granted.
Can I export my data? Yes. Go to Profile → Settings → Data & backup (or Export) to download your data as JSON, CSV, or summary PDF. Optional webhooks can send events (e.g. task completed, mood logged) to Zapier, Make, or your own URL.
